About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Cardiothoracic surgery

(as the patient),

It took 15 phone calls over 2 days to finally talk to someone. They kept putting me through to the dept but no one answered. I appreciate you are understaffed but someone who is ill cannot wait 2 days before anyone takes notice of the phone.
