I've been attending therapy sessions with Amachukwu for a couple of months now once a week. I have to say they have been incredibly helpful through a very stressful time and where I suffered from alot of anxiety. I feel through his exercises and an understanding ear it's got me to a more manageable state. Would highly recommend.
