"Elderly care administrator"

I needed part of a form filled in for my dad by a doctor from Wishaw General Hospital. The doctors secretary Gillian was brilliant at keeping me informed and I believe went out of her way to help me have the form completed on time by a different doctor because my dads doctor was very busy at the time and was going on annual leave imminently. Gillian - me and my dad really appreciated the care and kindness shown by you. In my experience, a very rare thing with people who are stressed and overworked in the NHS.
