"Nothing was too much trouble"

About: Grantham & District Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as a service user),

Everyone from the receptionist to the Dr. were so pleasant and helpful. Everywhere I went in the hospital was so clean and everyone wore their mask correctly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I felt the nurses went above and beyond. I'd also like to mention the Booking admin, Holly, who was so helpful and pleasant on the telephone when booking the appointment. If I ever have to visit a hospital again I would definitely pick Grantham, even though it isn't the closest hospital to my home address. I cannot praise the staff high enough.
