I was admitted to remove a suspicious growth on a tonsil.   I cannot recommend the service of the hospital and its staff highly enough.   To begin, Fiona rang me for the appointment and went above board to solve all of the issues presenting themselves before I could be admitted, including transportation and safety.   Then Mr. Davies-Husband took exceptional care of me as the consultant managing my case.   In recovery, Lucy was amazing, caring for me during such intense pain.   When I wanted to just give up she quietly reassured me and told me we will get through it - and that made all the difference.   On the ward nurse Sarah was caring and attentive, always there when I most needed her without my having to ask.   I must also call out Ben, one of the doctors working with the Consultant, who was caring, attentive, and informative.   Highest marks across the board.
