About: Oncology / Cancer Centre Ward 2B Oncology / Physical Activity Classes

Hi I have just finished a 10/12 week course with Joe after hearing about his class from my physio / specialist nurse due to me having my prostrate removed because of Cancer and ways of improving my overall health and wellbeing.

Joe makes you very welcome at his class and is very encouraging to everyone these exercises are not overbearing and I think they would suit most age groups.

After the sessions are over Joe encourages the group to stay on line and have a chat about whatever they are comfortable about talking about it my be about our health or just topics in general.

In summing up a very easy-going class with a very easy-going instructor!
