"Totally unacceptable"

About: Pilgrims Way Surgery

I have made about 8 attempts in the last 5 years and never was easy to speak to or see a GP. Always the answer is "call at 8 am" to get an appointment (it is not that easy to get through to them at 8am - sometimes the lines will be opened only around 8.15am).The receptionist was basically shouting over the phone to get her point across to me just now - felt insulted by the receptionist (call made 3.49pm on 02/09/21). Very dissatisfied. After all, taxpayers pay all of these people and we deserve a decent service. Going to change the surgery immediately. I have put up with them for 5 years now and reached a point that I can't take their attitude and incompetence any more.

Dear Anonymous Patient,

Thank you for your email and I apologise for the inconvenience of not getting through to our reception. As you have not left any contact details I cannot ring you back or contact you and I am not even sure if you are registered at this Practice as there two separate GP Practices within Dartford East Health Centre, we are Pilgrims Way Surgery and the other Practice is called Dr Shimmins & Partners. Please could you contact me and I can try and help you as much as possible to get this matter resolved.
