About: University Hospital (Coventry)

Following a triple heart bypass, I take this opportunity to thank all the staff on ward 11 , the surgeon and administrators for the excellent service given to me and the other patients in the ward.

The entire areas were kept immaculately clean, nothing was too much trouble for the staff , the care and information given before and after the operation was clear and concise. The food and refreshments varied and delicious. The COVID 19 planning was consistent and made us feel as safe as possible. This department is a credit to the NHS and I for one will not forget the wonderful treatment received, this was made even more important for the patients who were all missing visitors.
