(as a service user),

Went to my appointment today at Stirling Community Hospital and got assessed for a new chair. I currently have a basic standard chair, I got a completely new customised chair which will be ready in hopefully a month. The lady I spoke to was so wonderful and helpful, she suggested things I didn’t even think of! My chair is the closest thing to an EE wheelchair that you can get without an EE assessment and will help me build confidence up with my chair. The woman was so so sweet to me and we joked and giggled and she just made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She even fixed up my chair for me! Thank you Westmarc! ! !

Good morning WeeJJx, I am delighted to read your post on Care Opinion regarding the positive experience you had whilst attending our Stirling clinic. I am glad that you found the Occupational Therapists in attendance, supportive and helpful, most importantly you felt listened to.
