"Contraception"

I recently had my coil removed at cobridge sexual health centre. The process of obtaining an appointment was quick and painless and both the reception and clinical staff were friendly and professional. I understand how overwhelmed this centre gets, and I think they are such a wonderful service to have locally, and so needed!

After a little time on hold (as expected for such a busy clinic), I was given a telephone appointment the following day and then booked for my coil removal within a couple of days.

I had to wait a little while in reception at my appointment (I really didn't mind), but the nurse was extremely apologetic. She had clearly read up on my notes as she knew my history and was also lovely throughout, with a great bedside manner. I felt completely at ease, thank you so much.

I've visited the clinic a couple of times previously some time ago, and have always had a positive experience. The staff are skilled and knowledgeable and you feel at ease. There are no judgements made.

Covid has been rough for everyone and I don't think enough positive feedback is given to services, so thank you all for your continued hard work, dedication and compassion. Its truly appreciated.
