About: Outpatients / Women's Day Clinic

(as a service user),

Attended the Women’s Day Clinic at ARI . The whole experience was easy despite the ongoing COVID restrictions. Greeted at the Main entrance by a friendly member of staff who directed me to the zone I needed. Receptionist was also welcoming and quickly checked me in and directed me to the waiting room. 

After a short time I was taken to see the consultant, Dr Karman who was accompanied by a 4th year medical student and Health  Care Assistant, Kelly. My minor procedure was a little more complicated than I expected however the care and compassion shown towards me put me at ease. Everyone was very professional throughout.
