"Schopwick are a credit to the NHS"

I joined the surgery having moved from Radlett in February 2021. I was undergoing treatment and surgery for Oesophageal Cancer when I moved across and I just wanted to thank the Doctors and Nurses for their continued support not only medically but also through conversations during my most difficult year. Every Doctor and nurse I have seen and spoken to have been kind, supportive and professional and made my Cancer journey an easier one. They have had time for me and have never been too busy for me. I also want to thank the reception team at Elstree and Bushey who have given me confidence in the NHS and have always managed to find time for me and accommodate my many requests for appointments and prescription enquiries. They too have always shown empathy and remained professional and courteous whenever I have contacted the surgery. Thank you all so much for your continued support and understanding during a most difficult time for the NHS. You really have given me confidence and are a great team. Thanks everyone at Schopwick.
