About: Gartnavel General Hospital / General Surgery (ward 4a) Gartnavel General Hospital / Ophthalmology (eye problems) (Ward 1c)

(as a service user),

Admitted to Gartnavel General Hospital, Glasgow,  Had Ruthenium Plaque inserted in one eye and was later discharged.

Amazing skills of Dr Caucci and his team. Constantly advised of ALL facts pre op inc visits by Anaesthetists Gerry and Gary.

Was in Ward 1c for 6 days. ALL staff were amazing and SO helpful and friendly inc Staff Nurses Agnes, Alison, Karen, Jackie, and other staff who I know, but can not remember all their names. Each and everyone of them worked tirelessly and uncomplainingly with GREAT professionalism.

How nursing should be.
