About: Adult Community District Nursing Teams / Grove District Nursing Team

(as a service user),

I think if nurses could be more precie about times and days they would be calling it. I understand with all thats going 'on' it can be quite difficult!!

otherwise these nurses have been very good to me!!

Though their care and attention I may not be here today! I appreciate this very much indeed!!

Please give the all past and present our kindest regards!! their doing a great job!!

Thankyou for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience from the District Nursing Service.

It is reassuring and heartening to hear that through the care and attention the nurses provided to you, that your health has improved and hopefully you will continue to do so.

Thankyou for providing your experience in terms of timed scheduled calls from the nurses. It is difficult for the nurses to always provide specific times when they will visit and as you have highlighted, the present circumstances are challenging to be able to provide specific times for visits. I would hope that the nurses however would be able to advise you of specific days that they will call. I will discuss this with the district nursing teams in an attempt to improve our service.

I will pass your words of appreciation to the nursing staff, they will be delighted, knowing they are doing a good job and and having had a positive impact on your health and wellbeing, will really help staff moral.
