"Arrhythmia consultation"

(as the patient),

I refer to my telephone consultation with Mrs Baker, from Arrhythmia care, in August 2021, at North Devon District Hospital, Barnstaple.

I was more than satisfied with the manner in which the consultation was conducted. I found the advice given, in such a pleasant way, was most helpful and that my condition was fully understood. That being the case, I am confident that my present treatment and care is appropriate. I am also grateful that I have been given the opportunity to make contact with the Arrhythmia team, should the need arise. I felt the follow-up letter to my GP very accurately recorded the content of my consultation with Mrs Baker.

Thank you very much for your lovely feedback, which I will be delighted to share with Gemma Baker. I agree entirely that Gemma has a pleasant manner and I am pleased to hear she was able to help you to fully understand your condition and feel confident in your treatment plan.

As you will be aware, the arrhythmia team work Monday - Friday 9 - 5, and would be delighted to provide support as required. It is great to know you feel confident enough to contact them if you have any concerns.
