My GP diagnosed my basal cell carcinoma and referred me to RCH where I received an appointment to assess my condition. I was quickly given a date for the procedure to be performed, and on the day of my procedure I was treated with the utmost respect and such kindness and skill. I was informed at every stage what was happening and there was humour too which kept things light hearted and made me feel very relaxed. Mr Adcock the consultant and the nursing staff Hilary and Terry were just so wonderful and I can’t thank them enough, they made a procedure I was dreading and not just a little bit afraid of, into an almost fun occasion. Saying thank you to them as I left felt totally insufficient for the treatment and care I had received, so I would like to say again thank you most sincerely.
