"Very poor experience"

It's almost like the patients and families are an annoyance. I would recommend some staff would really benefit from a refresher in patient care. Rude, unfriendly & unhelpful. Had to drive 30 miles to try to find out what was happening with family member as on the odd occasion the phone was actually picked up I was put through to a phone that just rang out. When I got there, nurse couldn't even be bothered to look up from her computer or acknowledge I was there and was then just rude. Absolutely no empathy. Nobody seemed to know what was happening and everyone just blamed everyone else for everything. Take some ownership. Show some compassion. We don't know your procedures. We are scared. Our family members are scared. Just treat us with respect. Its fundamental.
