"Changed my life"

I referred myself to Sutton Uplift in 2019 when I was at my lowest point. They identified quite quickly what I needed, and were open to changing my treatment when I found it was not working for me - e.g. changing from video/ phone appointments to face to face. I found that I had OCD and was extremely upset with this, but was supported through everything that I was going through. I had 10 sessions for the OCD, but it has really changed my life in what was a short space of time. The treatment I was given here has really changed my life and I thank all at Sutton Uplift for this!
