"Criminally Poor Service"

Diagnosed with borderline personality disorder in 2018, have received no help or support since. Crisis team are useless and have even admitted to me that there isn't any help available apart from Impact, a service that has a 9-12 month waiting list and try and fob you off with a text message service. I have asked for secondary mental health care, which has been denied on several occasions. The "listening service" is awful and you can't even get through to it, just a recorded message about a mailbox being full. Where are people who are suffering supposed to turn? it's no wonder people take matters into their own hands, because this service is not fit for purpose.
