About: Penrith Hospital

Arrived A&E 7.30 pm badly grazed arm lost a lot of skin. Receptionist very polite and efficient. All well organised, didn't have to wait long before being seen by the duty nurse. Cleaned, dressed information all recorded in record time. Recommend 100%. Was on holiday, now home and being attended by my own practice nurse who was very impressed.

I am so sorry that you grazed your arm whist on holiday, but thank you very much for taking the time to write to us with your positive review of our Urgent Treatment Centre at Penrith hospital.

The staff work tremendously hard to ensure patients receive a good service when they come to hospital and I am pleased that your recent experience was a positive one
