About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Emergency department

(as a parent/guardian),

Thank you to the ED staff who treated my son at the weekend. They were so busy but took the time to reassure both him and me and to make sure he got the treatment required! A special thanks to the triage nurse Catriona and the student nurse Aine for being so kind and patient with a very frightened little boy! 💙

Thank you for your positive feedback. This has been shared with the Departmental manager who will make sure that the named staff get a copy of this also.. As you can appreciate the staff there are so busy but I just wanted to acknowledge your feedback and the manager will respond to you in due course.
