Worst practice in the area! A queue of 1 on the phone warrants a hold time of 20 minutes. Dr's are only worried about the bottom line of the GP rather then looking out for what is best for the patients.

Agree with the same sentiment below. It is absolutely an appointment lottery, when mentioned this to the doctors they get all defensive rather than taking the constructive criticism.

As it is nearly impossible to actually get an appointment, I actually went private and then when I finally got an appointment the doctors was reading the notes and made a snarly comment about how private doctors charge a load for consultations. Bear in mind the average salary for a doctor at the practice is publicly published. Where between 6 GPs mostly part time, average an earnings of £110,000.

The Doctors are also aware of the frustration of the and near impossible task of getting an appointment yet make no effort to change. Which at this point is typical of a public sector business.

No strive to be efficient and a lack of fierce competition caused by the constant funding of these practices with no reviews conducted by regulators.

Then above all this receptionist think their Gods gift as all the receptionists are rude, will try get in your face regarding wearing a face mask although you are exempt and they out of all people should not harassing on the subject.
