" Specsavers Burton."

I attended Specsavers Burton-On-Trent for an eyetest as I had been suffering with eye pain and my parents are both registered sight impaired due to effects of glaucoma so I was quite worried. Optician seemed uninterested and appeared bored, couldn't be bothered to talk to me. Normally I have eyetest every year which is the norm for me and recommended by hospital consultant as I have numerous eye problems and also glaucoma can be hereditary but was told didn't need to be seen again for 2 years! My concerns were dismissed with a shrug of the shoulders. Staff need better training. In future my parents and I will go somewhere else. And the advertised £25 glasses are cheap flimsy frames that won't last 5 minutes with lenses like jam jar bottoms, I'd be very surprised if anyone buys them. If you want anything half decent it's at least £100.
