"Really good experience"

From entering the building where the volunteer was really kind, welcoming, and helpful through to the reception staff the process of getting seen was quick, smooth, and the waiting area was vey calming. The medical staff were all great in particular the medic and the nurse I saw me had a great 'bedside manner' and, insofar as having seven staples in your head can be, made the whole experience almost enjoyable. Very impressed, again, with the service from Southmead hospital.
