The staff at Jubilee Field Surgery are genuinely caring.
The reception staff (despite being very busy) are always so upbeat, chirpy & really are helpful with any queries, and finding mutually convenient appointment times.
The doctors themselves are always very caring, supportive, empathetic, and work work you to find a solution that is agreeable & beneficial.
The dispensary staff are always extremely helpful as well, and they have an excellent memory if you happen to have a Prescription Payment Certificate. Also, they know to check the Controlled Drugs cupboard when giving out prescriptions, and they even offer to come over to your car to give out prescriptions.
A very friendly, good humoured & professional team. Anybody living in the area is lucky to have this team looking after them.
