I contacted the service after a lot of different life factors started to become too overwhelming and was causing me immense amounts of worry and anxiety whereby I was not sleeping well or wanting to do anything.
From the initial phone call to the sessions, every person I spoke to was caring, kind and empathetic and genuinely wanted to help me. My sessions ended up being with a Trainee Psychologist Wellbeing Practitioner named Natasha. She was very kind, listened intently and gave very helpful advice and ways in which I could manage my worries. She helped me a lot and was very easy to talk to, I found myself using her ideas and implementing them which helped to turn around all of my anxiety and worry. It was ok to worry and be anxious but it didn’t have to over rule my life. I’m in a much better mindset now and I hope that it continues.
