"Rude doctors who need training on how to speak to…"

About: Bridge House Medical Centre

Yet another over the phone consultation without actually seeing my injury and all the doctor kept saying is "that's how we work". Every time I tried to speak she interrupted me with "that's how we work". If that's the case they need to change "the way they work". I asked her to get my letter from a&e to book my scan in and she said no as the reception did not give it to her. I know it's there as I hand delivered it myself yesterday. I now have to wait another week in pain for another 'phone call'. Poor service with rude doctors.
