"Absolutely raging"

High temperature and a rash on my toddler only to be told to get a wee sample. Do they not realise how hard this is with a child just over 1? Very rude and snotty nurse who's very unhelpful, told us we were next to see a Dr.. an hour passed and no doctor. Once he did arrive blamed us for not having a wee sample even though my child physically didnt want a drink and was very upset. Checked her and left without any comment. Absolute joke of a service. Would never come back with her here again
