"Health issues and rectal bleeding"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a staff member),

For over a week I had been experiencing Tiredness, random aches and pains, acid reflux, nausea and then began rectal bleeding.

I visited the local A&E department after speaking to 111 and being referred through Urgent Care.

The staff were amazing throughout.

I was examined and given medication via the cannula and a drip.

I am currently awaiting an apt for a sigmoidoscopy.

Generally feeling well however the Nausea is still there.

I work for ULHT as a HCSW and can honestly say the care I received was outstanding.
