(as a relative),

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the Nurses and Doctors that attended to my father in ward C6. Your professionalism and sympathetic manner was of great comfort to me and my family and without doubt something others should aspire to emulate.

In circumstances far from normal, nothing was to much trouble, we will be forever in your debt.
