"More variety in the food would be great"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / High Dependency Unit (HDU)

(as a service user),

I’m glad that I am in hospital as I am getting the treatments and care that I need. I didn’t expect to end up in the high dependency unit as I only came in for a check up but I am thankful for receiving the care I need. The staff and nurses have been lovely -they even got me a night gown when I came in. The only thing I would like to see improved is the food-mainly just the variety available to patients like myself as I feel like I’ve been eating the same meals over and over again.
