I have been with this practice many years and the receptionists have always been terrible actually think they are employed on the understanding that they will discourage all patients! Why does this surgery not address the obvious problems it faces and attempt to improve the service? I have completed several nhs surveys and complained to the doctors verbally and nothing ever changes! What’s the point of asking for reviews if they are not monitored and chased?
