Attended for pre operation tests for Covid , blood and ECG. Everyone I came into contact was so kind and helpful as I struggled with agoraphobia. The first person I came into contact with was so lovely (Covid test) and together we spoke of the triggers for the agoraphobia and with that information I was shown the best route to take when I come in for the operation. Being prepared helps me so much in dealing with the agoraphobia. The Technician who did the blood test and ECG showed equal empathy and directed me back to the entrance. I cant really put into words how much this has helped but I do know that when I come in for my operation on the 6th I will be so much better prepared because of the help I was given today. Thank you
