The nurse was waiting for us when we arrived she introduced herself and took my husband who was the patient an myself into the examination room. She immediately made him feel comfortable and explained exactly what was going to happen, after having bloods taken we proceeded to x-ray and had no time to wait, on return to the hub we were seen by a consultant and advised the best course of action would be admittion to the ward. While waiting for a bed my husband received a meal and I was offered a dessert and tea. After a short wait he was admitted and I must say the care and attention was exceptional, it made a difficult situation bearable.

I am so glad both you and your husband were made to feel comfortable and that you received excellent care and attention. Everyone in the cardiology department works hard every day to deliver a very high standard of care to each individual we have the pleasure to meet. I am so glad we achieved this for you and hope your husband is well on road to recovery.
