"Outrageously bad service"

About: Boroughbury Medical Centre

I had an appointment request for face to face a GP, it was difficult to come in as I'm in Werrington but I attended on the time of 15:20pm infact I arrived 15minutes early, I waited further in that time and had to wait further due to someone else seen who was also late, but this normal for them do this? My frustrations grew, and because I may have autism and need a diagnosis ASAP, I requested and told the receptionist before walking out and handing in my autism questionaire form, that the gp if it was important to give me a call..again I repeated and called by phone to give me a call and the staff said someone WILL give me a call..I waited again..nothing..I called again, and this time they said they cannot give me a call or an appointment, because I walked out, them with no understanding or remorse, for my difficulties I have to put up with, it seems everytime I arrive early and for 15:20pm the GPS run late and see someone else on the time they schedule for me.

I thought the staff are meant to have degrees, are meant to be bright and professional people and help those in need, especially the GPs..instead they put the phone down on me, after making such promises, overlook what the facts really were and me actually saying to the receptionist 'I needed the doctor to call me as I couldn't be made to wait as also had other things to do, and I arrived for my appointment time and the GP was late and saw someone else instead on my appointment time without giving updates or any notice at all..it's fine when the GP runs late but doesn't see the people who turn up early..after handing in my autism paperwork I would assume they chucked away, I feel I am overlooked for my autism difficulties and no one is diagnosing me nor are they helping me cope in stressful situations and my acid reflux that makes me feel ill..just to write a review, I find it hard to understand or misinterpret, or words things properly.
