"Dreadful Service"

As per all the other reviews that have been left, I just need to add to this a dreadful service, rude unprofessional receptionists. more chance of winning the lottery than getting an appointment. I don't even bother now I just call 111 and they seem to get a doctor to call me it is the quickest way but I know it is the wrong way, but unfortunately it is the only way. Like other patients I work full time and do not have the time to be on the phone for hours only to be told rudely I might add we are full call back in the morning. You as a practice are letting down the whole community. I see you have replied to some and you advise you are unable to resolve unless you have a name, well my name is Denise Bull on behalf of all you unhappy and frustrated patients can you please address your issues.
