About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Emergency department

(as a service user),

I was sent to A&E by my GP.

The staff did a wonderful job of ensuring that they spoke to me, took all relevant tests and ensured I was ok.

Shout out to Rory who is a wonderful person and goes above and beyond to ensure patients are well looked after and even did a number of tests personally with me as the nurses were so busy.

He really made me feel well cared for and in the right hands.
