"Well looked after and cared for"

My experience in Craigavon Hospital has definitely been a positive one. From the moment I stepped through the doors onto the ward I have felt well looked after and cared for. It was a really daunting experience to come in knowing you were to become a new mother but the years of experience that the midwives and nurses have is very obvious. They are so good at what they do and were able to put me at ease and reassure me. They have been able to answer all of my questions and try their best to keep me regularly informed with discharge letters etc. I feel like myself and my baby have been provided with a very high quality of care.  The ward is very clean and hygienic which makes it a more pleasant environment to live in. I feel very comfortable on my ward and enjoy the social aspect and chat among the other mums on the ward with you. 

I have no negative comments to make and would like to commend the staff for what they do for their patients.
