"Shoulder operation"

About: Grantham & District Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

Mr Yewlett performed the operation. I had a very good experience in the lead up to the shoulder operation. Everything was explained to me about what was to be done and what would be involved. On arrival at the hospital, I was immediately made to feel at ease and looked after superbly. After the operation everything went smoothly right through to my discharge.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your journey and experience for us as it really helps staff morale and assures them they are doing the very best they can for their patients. I am pleased it all went well and I am hoping it’s all still going well now you are at home and on reading it, I think the good communication is the key to it all going smoothly which is something that we strive to do
