"So disappointing"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Elderly medicine

(as a carer),

My father has been placed into forth valley and I find the service very disappointing.

The doctors/ward/physio are basically allowing him discharged without doing a proper review of his care and his needs.

I have now brought my concerns multiple times and I'm ignored.

As a result he will simply enter the hospital system again a few months (this is his 3rd time in a year) later as he is being discharged without ensuring his safety at home.
