"Great service provided by all in max fax dept!"

I was seen by many doctors, nurses, HSCW and admin team within the max fax dept. I was referred with my top two wisdom teeth bothering me. I seen Dr Vuity who was lovely and helpful and asked for me to have an OPT xray prior to my clinic appointment, which imaging kindly squeezed me in within their busy department. Then I got referred for me to get them out. 

I received an appointment a few weeks later and it was a lovely doctor named Alyson (didn’t pick up surname) and her team who removed the two teeth in two separate visits. She was so polite, friendly and extremely good at her job. I would just like to thank all the team again for the wonderful job you all do :-)
