"Appalling service"

I have been at this practice or its predecessors all my life. Standards of care are now at an all time low. It is exceedingly difficult to get to see a doctor. Receptionists are generally un helpful and occasionally insulting. Waiting times for an answer on the phone regularly exceed 30 minutes. Drs rarely stay more than 3 months hence there is no continuity of care. This practice needs to be removed from Aston medicals control before serious harm is done to the community it is intended to serve.

Thank you for providing feedback on your recent experience.

We cannot identify you from the name you have provided. Due to unplanned sickness and isolation of the clinical team, we are currently working on a reduced clinical workforce. As a result of this we are providing urgent care only in the form of immediate and necessary treatment. We would like to respectfully ask you to be understanding of the pressures facing all NHS services, including GP practices, despite the easing of Government restrictions. All our staff administration, receptionists and clinical staff are working extremely hard and working additional hours to provide you with the best possible service in the current circumstances, we would ask that you are respectful and courteous to the member of staff supporting you with your medical problem.
