About: Braintree Community Hospital

Just felt like I needed to comment.

I was in Braintree yesterday for a minor knee operation and just thought the whole experience was amazing. It was the first time I had been to this hospital and from the first second I walked in at 6.50am to when I left at 3.30pm the staff were friendly, always smiling and always accommodating.

It wasn't the first operation I have had but I can see how these staff members would have made first timers relaxed.

Thank you to all of you there and a brilliant NHS
