"Not a good practice anymore"

About: Tulasi Medical Centre

​ I am having problems with my bp, with a history of diabetic and hypertension in family as my parents have these.

and because of these wanted to see my gp. After waiting over an hour on phone in a queue to get through and was given a time for gp appointment.

Dr called and without even asking any questions, advised me its a muscular pain that I was having in lower legs. I wanted to get my tests done as it was done last in Feb 2020 and was pre diabetic as it was on the border line.

I was supposed to get my test done for FBC, B12/foliate and HBA1C too but Dr

did not advise me for this.

I am not a doctor but I was checking with previous tests and was supposed to get those tests done in fasting but this time it was not.

They should listen to us and advise us accordingly instead of giving us a quick call less then 2 minutes.

There used to be very good doctors in this surgery but not anymore.
