About: Fife Community Services / Diabetes Specialist Nurse service General practices in Fife

(as the patient),

for 3 years my diabetes has been out of control and with no help from my Gps surgery was at the end of my tether, then along came the diabetic nurses and within 1 week I was feeling so good back to my old self, these girls are true angels just having someone to talk to willing to listen and offer their advice has literally been life changing

I am sorry to learn that your diabetes has been out of control and I hope you are feeling a lot better now.

I would like to respond and thank you for sharing such powerful feedback about the diabetic nurses. It is wonderful to hear that their intervention in your care has been meaningful and has literally changed your life! I agree they are true angels. To hear such positive feedback is so uplifting for the team and I shall ensure that it is shared with them at once.
