"Cycle Parking Inadequate"

Arriving at RCH Treliske by bike, it was very difficult to find cycle parking, there are no signposts to direct cyclists, meaning I ended up cycling about both car parks (which are dangerous to access due to the layout of the barriers used), before having to ask at the car park office where I could find an appropriate place to leave my bike. After waiting five minutes while they found the answer I was told to ride around to the Link Corridoor where cycle parking was located. Excellent until I arrived there to find the racks over filled with bikes. I managed to find a clearly disused bent and rusting bike rack behind the newer racks and squeezed my bike side on and chained to to a rusting steel bar, not what id consider secure except for the fact that the area was so difficult to reach. Otherwise my hospital experience was pleasant with freindly, polite staff. Its a shame that access by bike is made so tricky.
