"This Practice doesn't make Perfect"

This surgery makes life very difficult for anyone with a long term condition or illness. Prescriptions can regularly take between 6-8 calls/requests/reception visits to actually get correct prescriptions and I am often left with out my prescribed drugs. Things missed and mistakes are made. Very difficult to get appointments - the DRIQ app is turned off each day and the phone appointments are full by 9am. You cant make advance appointments. Very hard when you are sick. Very little follow up with test results and no going forward plans made. Your appointment time is interrupted and the Dr has to go before you have had time to explain whats wrong or help or a treatment plan together. Then you struggle to get another appointment - same thing happens. I feel I have been in suspended animation for over 10 years... battling to get things sorted myself. It is frustrating. My health has diminished. My mental health is burdened by the lack of help, lack of sleep and pain. I am tired of this.
