"I have experienced only the best treatment"

I came into A& E on Monday and the staff were so lovely, everything regarding my care was explained to me so well and I received every test under the sun so that the medical team could be sure of my diagnosis, this was very reassuring. I was taken into the hospital by an ambulance and this was a great experience, the staff were so friendly helpful and reassuring I couldn't fault them. After being moved up to the Cardiology ward, I have experienced only the best treatment, the doctors are doing everything they can for me and are making sure that they keep me informed with regards to what my treatment plan is looking like. The ward is a very clean space and I am completely satisfied with the area I have been given. The toilet and shower facilities are just amazing and I am so grateful for the amazing care I have received to date.
