About: University Hospital Wishaw / Care of the Elderly (Wards 9-12)

(as a relative),

My mother was admitted to ward 12 and I would like to say that the care she received from the nurses and staff was exceptional! As a family we would like thank all of them for everything they did to make, not only my mother, but ourselves feel welcome, respected and comfortable.

Unfortunately my mother passed away however the staff were outstanding in their aftercare of her and us.

Thank you all and it was our pleasure to have you all looking after our beloved mum xxx

Firstly, may I offer my sincere condolences to you and your family for the recent loss of your mother. This must be such a difficult time for your family and we are very grateful that you have taken the time to post such heartfelt thanks to the staff who cared for your beloved mum. It will be my pleasure to share your lovely comments with the team in Ward 12 who I know will be so pleased to hear that the care they provided to your mum, and also the support given to your family, was very much appreciated.
