About: Ealing IAPT

(as the patient),

I was in a scary place. It was very dark. Confused exhausted. The therapy was there when I needed it the most. Husnara was so patient, none judgemental and always had my interest at heart.

She listen and gave me tangible advices and exercise of how to deal with situations. I am now ready to face the next phase in life. I was offered another therapy to work on a deeper scale.
